As for the music, Jerome Hill sucked (playing hip hop!?!?) .
I actually thought i sucked too, so fair comment!.. although i must say it wasn't the best of conditions... My set was cancelled earlier so i got pissed up and found myself wading through thigh deep (literally) muddy water in my jeans and trainers all day to get to and fro from the 'production office' then at the height of drunken pneumonia was told i'd be playing a short 45 minute set immediately. I couldn't hear alot from where i was and must admit i wasn't really in the right mood.. Although the 'hip hop' was just a 10/15 minute 'bit' and i did play techno too.. Anyway.. not making excuses.. just wanted to say something cos i know some people know i stop by here every now and then and i don't wanna appear to be hiding pompously from my critic ;) It certainly gave glastonbury a run for it's muddy... *clang*

Hey, fair play to you mate for replying, I had no idea you were on here, and even if I knew you were I wouldent expect a reply. So yeah, obviously I didnt really enjoy your set, but I have maximum respect for you now for coming on here and telling it like it was. And yeah - it definately wasnt the best of conditions, and the sound in the Overkill tent was truly rubbish. As for the Hip Hop, it came on just as I arrived at the tent, we could hear some techno from afar, but when we got there, it turned to hip hop, which got a few of us riled as we had been waiting all day for some proper techno. If it had all happened at 12:00 like scheduled I'm sure I would have enjoyed it alot more. Anyway, like I said fair play for replying, and just so you know I generally am a fan of your sets, caught your set at HOG the other month which was cool - although I sat down during the hip hop then as well, but was ok cause I needed a rest anyway. Still listen to a set all the time called My Favourite Things as well, downloaded it ages ago off some site, some quality tracks on there.

christ what a festival - only got to see two acts and didn't get into the arena very much at all - very very hard work.

fair play to all the crew i don't think anyone really knows how we managed to keep it going
