Seeing as how the website is all in dutch i emailed them and asked for directions from Amsterdam central so if anyones going from the dam here's how to get there:


To get to the Gashouder, take bus line 21 from Central Station in the direction
of Geuzenveld. You can ask the busdriver to tell you when you have reached the
bus stop 'van Hallstraat' and you will be able to see the large round building
in front of you (across the canal) which is the Gashouder.

getting a taxi is really cheap and simple and when i got the bus it was quite full. So just get a taxi, but ask to go to westergasfabriek instead of the gashouder, cos everytime I've been and asked the taxi driver to take us to the gashouder he didn't know what we were on about.

Yep, it's a culture park or summat that the gashouder is on.

And directions and which bus to take if you do opt for the bus, but i wouldn't cos it's only around 11 euros by taxi, which between 4 people is next to nowt.
