My 770s, although lush sounding have a really exagerated bass response.

one thing i dont understand. why do people look to buy headphones/speakers with a flat frequency response? would the response be better if it was matched against the fletcher munson curves?
actually, i've just looked at the f/m graph and the headphones frequency response seem to reflect the f/m shape so maybe its a good thing.
and good to see the hd25s match up well against the beyers ;) although they have poor high response

nope, this was from k-v-r if i am not totally mistaken.
The exagerated bass response in the 770`s is supposed to compensate for the difference in bass wave energy at low volumes.
