    Most Techno is 4/4, though if there are odd time signatures to be found, the experimental guys are as likely as anyone.

    Not definitively.

    I'd say the vast majority of it is 4/4.

    Sometimes with a lot of shuffle, others not.

    You get the occasional all over the shop time signature, but it's rare.
