    thank god techno is dead!

now i can get a proper job and start talking a language that everyone else can understand
and i can stay in at weekends and go to the park and play football with some blokes and go down the pub and have a fight and fall over and try to get off with someones shoes and wake up on sunday with a hangover and shout at the kids and the wife and watch telly and pretend i know everything about football and spend more money that i don't have just to make me feel better and go to bed and wake up and do it all again

    sounds good doesn't it?

and everytime someone plays anything thats vaguely techno i'll trainspot it
( incorrectly ) and anything else i'll say: "it's just shit commercial music, why would anyone listen to this garbage???"..... etc etc etc

    ......blah blah

    yes techno is dead!
    hooray for techno !

now we can sleep safely in our beds
safe in the knowledge that our lives are dictated to us by the media
and no matter how high we jump
they will always quietly raise the bar another notch
and tell us to try harder ( it's for our own good )

    i hope you're satisfied mixmag!
    love your mum
