more often than not...the colour on any DivX videos is all dark.. and nearly inverted.. then the odd time it will open properly and everything is really clear.
ive tried reintalling the codecs... but same problem...
anyone know whay this might be?

Which media player are you opening them with? Try VLC and see if they work on that aswell.

Had the same problems recently with WMP and RealPlayer.
Now only VLC will play everything properly.
Googled it for a while too, and tried messing about with codecs, to no avail.

yea im using VLC...!!! strange...
but the most recent weirdness was when i was streaming... DivX web player in Firefox ...
