    Smile vst samplers

    hi guys im looking for a vst sampler for cubase 4 where i can listen to presets while their playing, cos in kontakt 2 i have to choose 1 then listen to it with the rest of the track i want to browse like the redrum in reason

    Default samplers please help

    as i said i really need help to find a simple sampler where i can browse through a folder of kiks while its playing, rather than finding a kik which sounds ok then putting in into a track and if it doesnt fit i have to delete it and load another,
    i just want to browse through the kik folder while its playing

    please please help it would be much appreciated

    rewire albeton of fruity loops into it.

    people forget that one of the most powerful samplers is fruityloops, dont use it to write music in full but use it as a sampler

    it can also be loaded in as a VSTi as well. And you can save zip song files VERY easily to load in later.

    fruity really is a beast.

    NI Kontakt is good aswel.
    You can try Emulator X2 by E-MU, but you must have E-MU soundcard to run it.

    Fruity really is the most versatile for running through various samples. Your sample library is loaded up on the left hand column and you can just drag and drop to your hears desire

    it genuinely is the most flexible way i find personally for quickly finding the right sound you want sample wise. Also having a healthy sample library helps

    I'll vouch for fruity aswell. One of the best samplers out there.

    I use reason rewired

    the drum machine on that is great, you can cycle through to your hearts content
