the new single is quite possibly his best work yet, I've got everything he's done from the Roses through to this on either CD or vinyl and il be picking this up as soon as it hits, one of the most intelligent and honest men to ever have recorded music.

all his solo albums are stunning in their own way, with such depth and meaning in every track. No filler whatsoever.

    Cant wait for this

well i dont think its exactly up for evaluation, its a personal thing for me. The Stone Roses were part of the soundtrack to my youth as it were, which turned into what some would deem an unhealthy obsession haha, i must admit when i first heard Ian Brown was starting solo releases (nearly ten years ago now already i think!) i was a bit dubious because the quality of the Stone Roses material really is THAT good, but his body of work is genuinely amazing

Ian Brown is a legend, total legend... Mani too, even though hes a red.
Solid work from Mr Brown, I too thought this wouldnt hit the level he set with the 'Roses, but hes done a sterling effort, and this will probably smash the Indie Charts....
