Dida should get a three match ban at least for trying to cheat.
It's pretty obvious he's hoping to get the same result they did against Inter when Milan were awarded a 3-0 win.
For trying to cheat so blatantly, 3 match ban is the least he deserves.
It's Milan though, so no action will be taken against him.

In fact, UEFA will probably give the 3 points to Milan and ban Celtic's fans from travelling away.

I would say ban them from next years CL, but that would be extremely harsh as Milan were allowed into last years CL after fixing matches in the italian league the previous few seasons.
