The reason is that there are two main men behind the prouction of most of the GAS Records. Part owner and label manager Beppe Barilli and his brain child Andrea Montorsi.

Beppe actually taught Andrea how to produce but IMO as the years have rolled on Andrea's productions are the ones doing the damage.

I'm sure in our eyes it would make sense to release the stronger tune out as the A-Side but alas this is not the case and Andrea often gets side lined onto the B-side.

My advice always read the record labels small print and follow Mr Montorsi. ;)
