Yeah, whistling sound is a bit melancholy... It's meant to be like that in line with the idea behind the tune- - but agreed in a strange way...
Will put a bit more progression in to that sound as it is a bit static... this may take away it's annoying side...

Yet another tweak and twaddle as I think the Kick was too loud in the mix... and also more tweaks on the whistling etc....
