Vinyl Restoration Plug-Ins

So I'm undergoing the massive ordeal of trying to encode as much as my vinyl as possible. I'm cleaning them all with Gruv Glide, got a Shure M97x Needle and going through a BBE preamp to my soundcard to get as clean a signal as possible, but not much I can do when the vinyl is good and worn.

Anyone know any good plug-ins to clean up those bits of static and the snap, crackle, and pop?

I've been recording into Soundforge and hand removing most of the major pops, but it doesn't get them all.
