I wasn't going to get involved in this but after seeing that post it's not looking good now is it.

This definetly needs sorting out now, i know the post in sheffield is still a little eratic after the postal strikes, with the odd bit of mail, mainly magazines for some reason going astray, but for all these people involved not to receive any records yet is highly suspicious.

All you have to do is honestly explain what's happened, but you keep avoiding it like a politician avoids questions they don't like.
