Beacuse the records are on there way. filingagainst my friend and saying that hes "invlolved wityh this frauding" is stupid mate. Please PM me your number so i can call you this weekend to sort it out.

Lift that damm thing with paypal as the records ARE NOT in my possession, nor anyone eles's. only the royal mails - they were posted seco9nd class because the post office were stingy enough not to let me off 20p or something.

OK, the records still are not with you - but i have told you and everyone eles that they are on the way and there is literally nothign i can do now. why the hel;l would i still come on here if i was frauding?

this happend with an american guy who refused to pay the amount i requested on ebay for postage of an item, so i turned down the paypal payment - then he decided to be a twat and make my accoiunt invalid - leaving me out of £300.

i ASSURE you these records were mailed.

You may think that going ahead and filing a dispute would make it easier - but its made things bloody worse my friend WAS the middle man who said it would be ok to use his account for pauying stuff into..

WE ARE NOT ****ING STUPID MATE...anyone with half a brain knows tyhat you will always get caught with ebay frauding. if i was lame enought op fraud - would i really use a valid paypal account? knowing we could get sued? that kinda defeats the object a little.

what little money i did have was used on postage for records so i cant refund you, but i will refund you at the end of the month opn payday - and then you will have the records as well.
