Postmans just been. Only letters though, no records.

There is nothing you can say to me on the phone that you haven't already said on here. I will not stop pursuing the claim unless the records get delivered. I have never had records not turn up before. I have bought hundreds from the UK and abroad. I have had slow deliveries in the past where the seller has had some issues and hasn't got round to sending them for a week or so, but they have always turned up. Going by your performance up until now, why should I believe that the records are in the post?

I promise that 'if' I recieve the records, then I WILL cancel the claim. If I do it before, and I don't get them, then I cannot claim for this again through Paypal and then we are back to square one, except you could sit up in Derby with nothing to make you refund me. If I do get them, then the claim is off and everyone's happy.
