Waves Ultramaximizer... use a multiband comp before then use the maximixer (don't maximise do more than a 2,5 db redution, be it limiting or compressing) the conjuntion of the 2 might end up giving u the same RMS output as just the maximizer or even higher but the final sound will appear less limited/compressed...

Actually BBE is more of a linear/ eq. balance/ enhacer thingy than really a maximizer in the general term usage, i.e. comp/ limiting...
