i've always just used the Defrag tool in windows
is this no good?

hahaha yeah, you're not wrong there. sometimes i wonder whether i should do away with this damn pc, but soundforge is what keeps me on it....

well, i've installed both and i have to say, i really like this auto-defrag option on diskeeper. thanks guys. basically it defrags your drive when it's not being used - so much better than these ridiculous schedule's you have to make.
i think i'll be using this from now on!
