kaoss chaoss

i connected my kaoss like this:master out from mixer to line in on kaoss,master for outside audio in line out on kaoss!and my peak indicator
goes green!is this bad?as i turn up the volume on kaoss it turns red!i know that kaoss goes in send/return but sometimes mixers dont have that!i plan to take my kaoss to my gigs so i need your help!!!

consider im probobly the only one to have one i should jump in on this one.

firstly your setting it up exactly the same as me so i know exactly whats going on.

what kaoss you using?

im presumming your using 2 cause they stopped making 1's.

you should only worry when ya light goes red that means theres too much volume going through it, keep it in green and youll be fine,

dont forget that the kaoss has its own master volume setting so you can turn that up and turn ya mixer right down. this should sort it.

i have kaoss one...
how do you connect the thing on live set?
in eg. i come to my gigs 30 min before my set...
do you have to turn off the mixer or anything else?
you know what i mean...

well its all up to the club owner or dj before you, if he says that you can use one then fine but you would treat it just like you would at home unless you know how to use the clubs send and return?

its a bit dogey using one live aint it?
i mean youd have to unplug the mixer from the amps, live, doh,

to create reall boom efx just turn the amp from the mixer on some 15 k of sound!!! ;)
