Please help to identify a track (90's/Goa)

Hi everybody :)

The track is probably from 1994-1997. Quality is very bad, it's sourced from an old tape playing on a mono tape deck. But everybody who knows the track will probably recognize it. It's a 2 minutes sample. After 15 seconds there is a quite catchy vocal sample.
