Very easy to use as well. Though, for pure speed in rendering on some material, I still prefer Virtual Dub.
Their support went as far as to say that I was the only person who had ever complained about the issue, and that the reason I was having the issue was because I must have pirated it. Both bullshit. I'd purchased the software through their site which I demonstrated to them, and also showed them multiple links on their own damn support forum to show that I was not the only person having the issue with the event recorder. Because of that treatment, I've pirated every copy since. To try and charge me $300 for what was essentially a bug fix was just unconscionable. And given their dishonesty on "nobody else having this issue," I didn't even trust the software to have addressed the issue in version 3. How the hell can they tell me it's fixed if nobody has reported it before? ;)I know what you mean about Arkaos... V2.x and some of 3.x were truly bad. Things not working, this is why i never bought it.
