techno is everything and nothing all rolled into one. Techno is being at the front of a crowd of 1000 people at the mercy of a sickening soundsystem with your fave live artists or Dj's playing your favourite records. Techno is being alone at home listening to a Stewart Walker album with the lights off, bong out getting stoned. Techno is meeting new people in clubs, events, festivals etc etc and realising that alot of people actually have very similiar views and feelings about a type of music. Techno is appreciating the guys who allowed people who were not around at the time to still be able to be involved in a scene that is still alive today, whilst also pushing onwards towards the future and helping to keep it alive for alot longer
