    just a week to go.
Our friends at Futureproof are putting on something rather special on the Friday if anyone fancies a weekender. See below...

    Futureproof @ Blueprint Nottingham
    Fri 11th April
    10-3
    £5

    Room 1:
    2562 vs. A Made Up Sound (Techtonic/Subsolo) - 2 HOUR SET!
    Aled (Loom/Delta 9/Futureproof)
    Spam Chop (Wigflex)
    Bizmarc (Futureproof)

    Room 2:
Sam Desborough LIVE (The Magic Window/Retropublik)
    Kuiper Belt (Wigflex)
    The Crane (Tzanda/Futureproof)
    Ben Start (Audiojak/Sugar Free)

April's Futureproof sees a special UK visit for two of maverick producer Dave Huisman's alter egos, '2562' and 'A Made Up Sound', who will be going head to head on the hallowed wheels of steel. Under his 2562 moniker, Huisman has released twisted percussive dubstep on Pinch's Tectonic label, while his AMUS alias is making waves in the techno scene with its hyperactive, bass-heavy transmissions. Expect crisp, crazed beats and low frequency soul food.

Meanwhile in Room 2 we welcome the return of a one of our favourite live acts: Sam Desborough played for us a few months ago and was so good we asked for seconds. Happily, he obliged and is going to bruk up room 2 with his excellent live set of advanced dancefloor electronica. Kuiper Belt also joins us from the ever-heavy Wigflex crew to deliver warped trippy techno for the heads. Proof...
