    Default Learning How to use BRAND NEW PUTER!

    not for me of course!!
    My granda has just got himself a laptop, and he has appointed me as his advisor! he knows absolutely NOTHING, and it took me 30 minutes to explain googling something. there must be something out there interactive software or summat that could teach him??? anyone know of anything good like that?.. or even some random programs to keep him interested?

    How about a book of some discription. Your local PC World should have a collection of easy to understand books for older people.

    The Dummies books are usually pretty good for newbies.
