    Default gloomcore?

Seriously - has anyone ever heard this term in real life?

Only place I've ever seen it is this (pretty funny btw)

Green velvet is gloomcore? Why did nobody tell me? They should make public service announcments when they make up these stupid ****ing names. I'd only just got to grips with the subleties of terrorcore and horrorcore, now I have to master gloomcore.... bah

I've heard it elsewhere. Mentioned. Not actually listened to it.

I have one doommetal tune that has been remixed into a kinda of dubstep thing. It's ****ing disgusting. In a good way. Pretty evil. Sounds like a mutant cat about to kill everyone.

I'd say you were on fire.

    But, alas, sadly, not.

I hope you can continue your career in applying to TV Reality TB shows.

i've been calling Dubstep gloomcore recently. Had honestly never heard of it before. Green Velvet though? always thought he was a happy chappy. Anyone who sticks green foam to their head could never be considered gloomy

LOL @ all the "cores." Track it down to which artist needed additional hype by not standing out enough as simply "hardcore" or "gabber." ;) I about pissed myself when I saw the same releases under projects I'd been with being sold as "Industrial" and "Terrorcore." Distros and shops pick whatever they think will sell it.

clownstep is stupid over shuffled D&B that got its name because some D&B type sneered at it and said it made him think of clowns dancing. Body rock and another planet were probably the only two half bearable examples.

Clowncore I've never heard of, but Ed Cox is wicked.
Bit of a one man genre... but that never stopped dr octagon and "acid rap"
