What's the difference between clowncore and clownstep?

clownstep is stupid over shuffled D&B that got its name because some D&B type sneered at it and said it made him think of clowns dancing. Body rock and another planet were probably the only two half bearable examples.

Clowncore I've never heard of, but Ed Cox is wicked.
Bit of a one man genre... but that never stopped dr octagon and "acid rap"
