    but actually my first real attempt to making the D&B...Just wondering what some people think. I suppose the style would be closest to Neo-Punk or whatever they call it..haha I dont know all the little sub-genres of it...

    sounding alright, i was expecting a bit more distortion/grit from you though! not really feeling the bass. really like the appraoch though, rekcon you could do some nice tweaks to this and have a solid fresh track.

    edit: think its the phasing or chorus on the bass which is not for me

    Yeah for the D&B I'm not as into the really dark stuff....Only certains producers make that style so I like it. @ the BAss with the Chorus, I sort of like it...I started another last night too. I suppose this tune would be just my building point of learning with this genre....

    Get some heavy duty drum rolls in there and you're onto a winner... That kind of tinny sounding 'Marching band' type drum roll.

    Nice track Brad, interesting. Intensify the bass too.

    this ain't to bad actually.

    i think the bass line could do with a bit more grunt, but other than that m8. TIS GOOOOOD!
