dual channel memory problem

hold your horses, have you tried each module on its own one at a time to establish if it is faulty? obviously you'll need to do this to find out which stick isn't working properly.

also make sure you're fitting it into the correct slots on your board, as most will only accept dual channel memory in certain slots, it will tell you which in your motherboards manual

yeah tried every possible configuration.
each module works on its own however.
problem comes when installed together.
