I would avoid the M-Box. The latency is apparently shite.

I can reccomend the EMU 1820 as a good card (which is PCI though) http://www.emu.com/products/product.asp?product=9871

    M-Audio Delta 1010 - http://www.dv247.com/invt/4600/

I had the LT and it was rock solid and had very good sound.

Take some EMU. 1212M PCI or 1616M cardbus.

Mastering grade 24-bit/192kHz converters - the same A/D converters used in Digidesign's flagship ProTools HD 192 I/O Interface delivering an amazing 120dB signal-to-noise ratio
