    Default Analog distortion module

I'm looking for a classical distortion module.
The only problem: i really don't have a clue what the techno producers used to worked with.

I like the kind of distortion you hear in the old Luke Slater / Planetary Assaultsystem tracks, and a lot of classical Jeff Mills tracks..
    OUT NOW:
    - Orlando Voorn & Juan Atkins "Game One (Ritzi Lee remix)" on Nightvision.
    - Cybernetics EP on Labrynth (Beatport release)

    OUT SOON:
    - Black Noiz on Labrynth (vinyl release)

To be honest, a lot of the classic analouge distortion is got by cranking the gains ups on an analouge desk.

different equipment = different distortion. maybe try the behringer vamp thing, or amplitube if you need software.

Depends on what kind of distortion. Try other effects before you do distortion, or do heavy filtering before.
