there's usually hardly any work for us to be gettin on with, but we've got a few heads off sick today, it's a piss easy job though, spend most of the day playin pro evo normally :)

you probably could at the moment, seem to have lost my way a bit recently, been losing loads of games, one of my colleagues here is a pro champion though, played in loads of tournaments all round the country, i can beat him but not very often

no dude we don't take any incoming calls from customers, we're back office, we do speak to customers now and again but not very often

we diagnose faults and send the info to BT for them to get it sorted
