I think you'd get a similar argument on this board about whether your mix is techno or not though. It all depends on what people accept as techno.

to be fair though we are beginning to see hardhouse producers remixing acid techno tracks, and vicaversa.

its kind of funny too, because i imagined that the last people to collabarate with hardhouse producers would be the guys behind acid techno.
