sounds like a richie hawtin set i downloaded off here the other week.

its fairly slamming minimal that would sound sweet in a club but long gone are the days of monstrous loudboxer pounders. times change.

As far as minimal goes, this set is pretty pounding, but it's really not the Speedy J we all know and love.

That's not the Clones record, just a loop from Spastik (the Dubfire rmx) being left to run over a couple of other tracks. I am SO sick of Spastik!!! I used to love that tune, but it just gets hammered everywhere now, especially since the mnml remix came out. Glade last year, it was the only track I heard twice. Glade this year, I heard it FOUR times! Starting to feel a bit like Murder was the bass...

Ha ha, fair play! The original of Spastik is pretty cool, but only if you rarely hear it. I mean, the whole track is just percussion, and the original at least is fairly tough. But yeah, so many people are using it now that as soon as I hear it coming in my heart sinks...

Give me a year without it and I'll be moaning about missing it!
