didn't see that. but if someone says a person is a thief, and it's not true or there's no proof under the applicable laws, it's libel under UK law. maybe US too, i don't know.

but if he didn't say "you're a thief," then it's not libel even if implied. then it's just disrespectful.

The law is not the private property of lawyers, nor is justice the exclusive province of judges and juries. In the final analysis, true justice is not a matter of courts and law books, but of a commitment in each of us to liberty and mutual respect. - Jimmy Carter

well thats one way to look at it
the other is that ure wrong
i prefer the second one and so does god

using material from other genres and quotes from movies - yeah that can be pretty punk
using material from the same genre as ur own - thats just sad
So. Behind their eyes the hope in them was sickening, and in many, dead. They lived from event to event with a subtle terror of the gap between, filling up their lives with distractions to avoid the emptiness where curiosity should have been, and breathing a gasp of relief when the children passed the point of asking questions about what life was for.

    Ever heard of remixes/bootlegs?

The fact is, Cubik was a big, big tune back in the day and i can fully appreciate sampling the main riff and dropping it into a techno set, if only for the buzz and excitement it would solicit on the dancefloor amongst the punters old enough to remember it the first time round.

But hey, if you dont get it...:)

even though its written on the label that its a rework, he still has his name behind the track title (which differs from "cubik")

bootlegging techno into techno is lame, remixing is great as long as u say its a remix and not ur own song or a, lol, rework

    oh, I see.
it's what it says on the label that's important as opposed to what comes out of the speakers.
