I don't actually own an Oxygen 8 but I think it should be something like this:

Use Reason's MIDI Implementation Charts (which is a pdf file you get when you install Reason) to find the MIDI Controller numbers of the controls you want to tweak... then just read the section in your Oxygen's manual about programming it's assignable knobs and enter the values from the charts...
