A record is worth what ever the buyer is willing to pay, i've had people offer me £150 for my copy of the Gift on Smitten, i've not taken it because i don't personally want to sell it, but that doesn't mean somebody that would have agreed to sell it at that price is wrong.

They've paid their original selling price, it's upto them what they do with it now.

Having said all that, i'd probably feel guilty and would offer the label owners and producers an even split of the money
