I've heard they have a compression mixer???? what does this exactually mean and does it effect your mixing style?

Nah mate, they have a DJM500 in the booth, but remember talking to one of my friends who played there and said that the sound passes through a compressor of some sort....... if that makes any sense. think i'm confussing myself now...ha ha

sounds liek they wack a compresser afer the mixer to catch any loud peaks to avoid damaging the rig
