you play out - it gets recorded - it happens - lets face it you more than most have no need to worry (compliment). once it's left the needle it's fair game, nobody is going ask for permission to record the archers on radio four are they? it's out there....broadcast for the masses. good. if you took the very zen approach you could say once it's left the speakers it's anybodies frequencys really....

My name is Sacha...and I make the Techno For Mate parties here in Brazil. I would like to apologize Henry for my associate posting the set on the net without asking permission. Unfortunatly he posted on a Brazilian forum and did not think about asking the permission. Sorry about that mate! It is the first set....the second one had problems with the recorder.
