    Default Stacato drum samples?

Hi, pretty new to techno production currently only using Reason 2.5 & SX. After seeking some advice on producing racey percussion (simliar to stuuf on R.A.W) i was informed that i need some 'stacato' drum samples/sounds? Can anyone please explain the term stacato or know where i can download such samples? Cheers

I think what U want is more 2 do with sequencing than samples...

Look for Shuffle or Swing.. in this forum... DJ Rush sort of style!

which means, try using short and snappy samples or just shorten the sustain and decay times.

Or make a nasty loop and then apply a gate over it, triggered by a 16beat trigger of a short sound.
    Solitary by nature.
    Isolation is the gift.
Does anyone have courage to stand apart any more?
