NRG 97, 1st outdoor rave i ever went to. Been to a few creamfields since, never even held a candle to 97 mate. 15 i was. **** me, no wonder i look so old!

energy 97 was great but the soundsytems were far too quiet! :-( especially in the technodrome.

and spacehopper i was there for mzones set at energy 98 and it probably was the most ive ever enjoyed a set at a legal event 8-)

hate to say it mate it was excellent! mc Motivator & oddesey were just sat down near the front when they were mcing passing the mic to each other. You would have thought they would have been slightly more hyper! Def the best skelter i went too.

Was a great night that, esp we all drove to newquay straight after the event for a week holiday battered with no sleep. Good times.

haha how mint was that. DJ lomas was on before him and the techno room was a bit quiet. Soon as mark started the room got proper full. I was in the second row in front of the decks and mark was just smacking his head against the monitor for most of his set.

Can you remember the massive black drape covering the windows being ripped out then the sun blazing through the window about 30 mins from the end. Looking around everyone looked a bit startled. haha

Oh yeah i forgot bout that! To me that was just the best no where has come close to that feeling since. The tunes he dropped were all wicked .The cheesy room went dead when everyone started piling in there ahh the good old days!

The best i went to was dreamscape 21 at shepton mallet.

That was probably the best mark eg set i heard live. Loved it

human nature would have been good but a set i wished i had been there for most has to be the tidy boys at tidy weekender 2.i know its not years and years ago but wish i had been there ; )
