Inigo Kennedy announces Maudlin Tangents - the fourteenth release for his Asymmetric|MP3 project.

Maudlin Tangents is available as a free MP3 release and consists of five new tracks Daybreak, Plankspanker, Accidental Body Check, Sangaku and As She Sleeps.

Daybreak is a quirky melodic introduction before Plankspanker builds solidly around an unpredicted encounter with a double-bass. Accidental Body Check shifts into third gear and crosses heavy kick and hi-hat trickery against a sublime pulsating synth backdrop. Deeper, darker undulation is delivered in the shape of Sangaku before the final, slower, thought provoking piece As She Sleeps completes the release in style.

The tracks are encoded using LAME at a constant bit-rate of 320Kb/s.
