If its bedroom use the soundquality isn't that important, and nothing sounds amazing for under 200. Behringer build quality not the greatest, but you'll probably grow out of it in a few years anyway and want something better.
Numark do a fairly good bang for your buck in that price range, worth considering if you want new.

Personally I'd see what you could pick up second hand though. You could probably steal a djm500 2nd hand, and would be far better than anything you can get in that price range new.

here ya go, djm500 for 200, 250 buy it now

Much better off buying an expensive 2nd hand than a cheap new. Build quality on the expensive models means that even after heavy use you'll get components and build quality that the cheap ones can't come close to
Vestax are great mixers. I am on my 4th one at the moment. EQ's are super smooth, design is simple and easy to figure out. I always go for vestax because I dont use any of the filters or efx in Allen and Heath and Pioneer.

Watch out for the Behringer, in my opinion terrible mark. Their channels leak after only a couple months of use.
