Used to love the Mondays in the late 80s/early 90s.
Saw em play Glastonbury in 1990 (might have been 91), and they were wicked.
Wrote For Luck, Hallelujah and Step On (a cover) were my favourite trax.

Never took to Black Grape though.

Saw those guys at City Gardens in Trenton, NJ in the early 90s. We had a shitload of cigars for whatever reason and the club wouldn't let us smoke them indoors so we started throwing them at Shawn Rider. I'm talking like 40-50 cigars. He was so f*cked up he had no clue we were throwing them at him until one of us hit him in the face and he looked down at the shitload we had already hit him with. He started saying something about smarmy cunts then he remembered he likes to smoke them. He ended up lighting one up and saying thanks.
