What's your thoughts on this?
The lad is having a good season this year... he's banged it in the net 15 times which takes him up there with Shearer, Henry etc... and with Fulham that's a good amount to score. Thing is, he's not been that great in the past... so is he really worth this money and the player Man Utd would need? - I mean Beattie scored loads last season... but isn't linked to Man Utd - ok Saha and Beattie are different players... I can't help but think that with 8 to 10 Million for Saha, a decent replacement can be found.
Perhaps I'm being naive, but I reckon I could find a good striker with that sort of money... after all Saha himself didn't cost that much for Fulham.
Fergie rarely gets it wrong about players, so maybe he's right to chase Saha...
Thing is what about Utd's dirty tactics? Are they just playing it so they land the player with out care about Fulham? or cheating horribly?
