Well, we did consider just releasing records of the electrical noise my reel to reel makes when it hasn`t been cleaned properly blended with the sound of a korean school girl being raped by a bear, but unfortunately when we played it live at a techno gig, people threw black pudding at us for a full hour.

So we decided to release a bit of techno instead.

Cut and paste is subjective, cheers, but I don`t consider the really quite unreleasable stuff I make in the studio for my own pretencious self explorative wanking any more valid than the fun time acid mallarky, I make and release whatever the phuck I like on my labels, whenever the phuck I feel like it, for no other reason than my personal enjoyment
.
One day it might be 125 bpm dark industrial electronics with vocals covering poncey subjects such as existential angst and the nature of reality relating to the philosophy of Dzogchen Buddhism

the next it might be really commercial house with sounds from a porno

What`s the difference?

I care equally about both

I`m not into what SUF is doing now that much, but I respect them for doing their own thing and sticking to it, and making it a success through hard work, and I certainly don`t come into an acid techno forum and constantly moan and bitch about the state of the music without at least trying to offer some input in return, at the very least.

It does what is says on the tin. Pretty effectively too, judging by the amount of fans they still have.

Did SUF ever claim to be making progressive experimental acousmatic (look it up) sound intended to induce a Gnostic state?

When I drink a shot of vodka I don`t go and complain to the barman that it hasn`t changed my entire perspective on the post modern new romantic art of Gerhard Richter.

Know what I mean?
