Effectrix+1 its really really really good.
sadly its 249 euros.... expensive. really expensive. Too expensive IMO
But i use it anyway ;)

Got it for free the other month off their website, think they ****ed it up or something. DB Blue Glitch will do these types of effects aswell - http://illformed.org/plugins/glitch/
