now that is a shame. got there 3/4 times thru the years and its a bloody good place.
I NEVER fcking got to go there, always intended to but............................................... .............................................
didn't
bit gutted!
Meh, it was alright, Massive system thats waaay to loud, expensive drinks, and no room to move, some nights just plain sucked , Steve Lawler and his ahem... dancers, standing out and calling it underground, yeah right.
Still out with old and in with the...
i used to go there a lot in the 90s when i lived in london. saw jeff mills and laurent garnier play two of the best sets i've ever heard while there. gene farris, dj sneak, etc.
was a great space with good sound for the time. last time i was there was in 1999, though, so don't really know how it's been since.
The law is not the private property of lawyers, nor is justice the exclusive province of judges and juries. In the final analysis, true justice is not a matter of courts and law books, but of a commitment in each of us to liberty and mutual respect. - Jimmy Carter
yeah. was there for garnier i think it was 98. great set. great club. great time.
bummer man.

Was never mad on their soundsystem. Plus it caused my tinnitus. Feckers.
Was a great club though, and had belting good music.
Will be missed.
I am not here but my ghost still lingers
had a chance to check it out last year when i visited London.
There was something good about the music system, but in terms of the crowd, it seemed like there were way too many guys and too little girls!
Music was good though, saw Carl Craig rip it up.
Seems like it's not closing now the people who bought it have decided it's not the right financial climate for redevelopment after all so are keeping it going as a club for the time being. (that's the rumor anyway)
Yeah but it will no longer be run by The End team.
So it`ll just be any old crapper goes

Struggle to think what else that place could be other than a club.
Even if its central london, its still an undeground warehouse down an alley.
