it depends on the genre you are producing...

for me its:

Lead synth: d'cota and v-station
Bass synth: junglist
Drum Machine: Fruity Drum synth ;)
Sampler: Fruity Loops
Reverb & Delay: Fruity plugs ;) i don't use them very often so i didnt spend much time in testing others

I like:

Battery - drum machine
Kontakt - sampler
Hydra - lead sounds
Neon,Junglist - bass sounds
Waves, PSP Lexikon - reverb
Ohmforce - delay
