    Default Cubase Sidechain

    Upgrading from essential to studio is not worth the price for the only feature I need.

    Is sidekick adequate for ducking and keying?

    you can do it by creating a quad group channel and some tricky routing aswell.

    TC native bundle has a sidechain compressor combo that i use in cubase. Nice and simple
