    1 to 1 lessons available in audio recording & sound engineering for begineer & intermediate levels at treated mix room 10 minutes from dublin city centre.

    aspects of course:

    introduction to modern recording techniques
    mics
    midi (recording/editing)
    midi control
    audio (recording/editing)
    arrangement & sequencing
    FX (dynamics & eq, modulation, spatial & special fx)
    mix engineering
    mastering

    each individual course can be tailored to your musical tastes (rock, indie, country, raggae/ska, electronic etc) and level of knowledge.

    lessons will be based around protools 8 & cubase

    course ran by experienced producer/engineer with relevent release catalog

    shame there is nothing like this in the uk. am doing a course at college but it is very general - would love some 1 to 1 with with some hip hop orientation. mid you moving back up north in 6 months to join my mate in his studio, he is techno oriented so will pick up some good stuff of him - keep trying to persued him to relise his stuff cos he is very good. but he thinks he's crap - i wish i was that crap.
