well yes tbh. to my embarrassment the SUF stuff that i once thought was 'alternative'. Sure i've broadened my horizons, i like a lot of tech house and melodic stuff in my dotage.
i still don't get dubstep, that doesn't mean it's shit, i just don't get it, even though i may say it is 'shit'.

So really, how much techno do you actually listen to, if any?

well i listen to bits and bobs on here, and stuff i check out on juno etc

i buy stuff by Steve Stoll a lot of his older stuff mainly, which i consider to be techno.

i buy a lot of stuff by Distek, AP , Zoid, things that are good value of money More Punk Than Funk etc

i have got a lot more techno these days other than the acid techno merry go round. but shit what beats a really good acid techno tune (very little) imo.

i even have a few tunes by some joker called Dirty Bass, which is pretty funky.

Due to not having loads of money i can't buy all the stuff i would like too, i am planning on spending a good £60 or so on some Gunjack records soon though.

i would suggest the candlenight thing, jacked series 01, consume 01 and 02 (out in about 4 weeks), maybe look for copies of the gunjack collectors series stuff on ebay 001 is my fave!!! and the jacket art by japanese artist SHINROKU is brilliant... also deafmosaic 06 with takaaki still one of my faves and i LOST THE MASTERS : (
